The steep slope offered many design and installation problems. A natural retaining wall and stair system was installed to make a great transition to the lakeshore below.

The narrow sidewalk and sloped front yard made this entry area unappealing and unusable. These challenges were overcome by adding a fieldstone retaining wall which allowed for a more substantial front entry transition from the driveway to the front door. Holland and Rhodes pavers were installed making the front entry more usable and inviting as well as adding great curb appeal to the home.

This backyard lacked the charm this cape cod home deserved. This was remedied by a design that called for removal of existing concrete steps and patio. In their place, Holland stone pavers and lannon park steps were installed to add the needed charm. The flagstone pathway not only provides access to this cozy space but also allows the owner to enjoy the waterfall and pond along the way.
